But in the midst of Salman's birthday euphoria, the Maharashtra Government has been studying the case to file a fresh appeal in the 2002 hit-and-run case. Once the government is done with studying, they would probably take the matter to the Supreme Court.

As expected, the media people present at Salman's birthday bash asked the actor about his take on the issue and what would he do if the matter is taken to the Supreme Court.
